Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for UK orders only , subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • If you item is faulty, please notify us by email, as soon as you receive the goods.
  • Items received outside of the 14 day window or are returned in a used condition without original packaging will not be refunded.
  • All refunds are issued to your original payment method. 
  • We do not facilitate exchanges. 
  • Refunds only apply to UK orders only.

How to Return:

  1. To request a return, please email hello@thehappydriveco.com with your order number, full name and clearly specify the item you wish to return.
  2. Within 48 working days we will provide you with the correct return address and any additional return instructions via email.
  3. You will then have 14 days from receipt of our email to return your goods.

Refunds are issued within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for the funds to be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank processing times, it may take additional time of up to 7 working days for the funds to clear your account. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
